Deb Schneider LCSW, PPSC, works directly with the entire Student Affairs staff to support gender expansive and transitioning youth on SFAI's small urban campus in her role as Director of Counseling Services at the San Francisco Art Institute.. Prior to her work at SFAI, she worked as a school social worker for ten years at El Cerrito High School. In addition to a small private practice in Oakland, Deb supports clinicians doing counseling with queer, genderqueer, and gender expansive youth and adults through providing supervision and consultation as they work towards licensure.
