How do you identify? Are you many things at once? Is your identity important to you? Are your identities supported by people in your life? Have you ever felt like you couldn’t be all of the things you are at once? Do you crave another way to talk about and advocate for the recognition, acceptance and safety of all your intersecting identities? Me too. We will introduce the concepts of intersectionality and identity safety, watch film clips, engage in discussion, and provide you with resources and tips for how to make your own social and learning environments more well rounded places for your whole selves to stretch out and be supported.
