Free parenting tips! Ha ha. As parents we are freely offered ‘tips’ on our parenting from our first day, but how many of those ‘tips’ lead to greater freedom for our children and ourselves? At this workshop, participants will be presented with several parenting strategies that can lead towards greater freedom of gender expression and experience for everyone in the household. We will discuss the underlying concepts of these tools such as freedom, authentic versus assigned meaning, listening versus hearing, personal choice, and power versus responsibility. Everyone will leave this workshop with more tools to parent with, as well as printed support materials and resource lists.
