This presentation will cover the multi-faceted wonders involved in identifying, understanding and taking care of gender-expansive children and their families, especially those who go through a social transition. Early social transitions are centered around the health and well-being of the child yet are a profound experience for everyone involved. With hopes of spreading the good news about kids who are supported to live authentically, Kelly shares her deep clinical experience in tandem with her ever-unfolding experiences as a mother of her own awesome gender-expansive child.
